Governance model for CygnusDAO

The aim of CygnusDAO is to function as a complete DAO. The voters will be in charge of features to add or parameters to adjust.

In order for Cygnus DAO to be truly censorship-resistant and decentralized, a distributed network must exist to avoid centralized points of failure and to prevent the concentration of influence by a few minor players. By decentralizing governance users will be in charge of the future of the protocol and their profit.

Cygnus proposals can be discussed whichever avenue users feel is best.
